Return Policy Overview

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened or used plumbing components (Flojet, Whale water system parts)
  • Electrical items with broken seals
  • Special orders or custom-made parts
  • Software products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return an item:

5 Confirmation Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within:

  • Credit card payments: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal payments: 3-5 business days

Please note that depending on your credit card company’s policies, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the item you want.
