Order Processing

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order before it is dispatched. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our genuine Dometic, Fiamma, Flojet, Thetford, Truma, Whale, and other parts. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Important: Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at [email protected] so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used plumbing components (e.g., Flojet, Whale water system parts)
  • Electrical items with broken seals.
  • Special orders or custom-made parts.
  • Software products.
  • Any item marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

All items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. You must also include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

2 Wait for Authorization We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and specific instructions for mailing your item.
3 Package Item Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Include the RA number on a piece of paper inside the package.
4 Ship Package Ship the package to the address we provide. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
5 Confirmation Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within the following timeframes:

  • Credit Card Payments: 5-10 business days.
  • PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days.

Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to post to your account statement.

Exchanges
